CLAIP (Latin America)
During the Latin-American Seminar on: Challenges of Security, Culture of Peace and Democracy in Latin America, hold in Oaxtepec, Morelos from the 15th to the 18th of May, 2000, the participants voted for a new organizational structure in a consensual way. During the IPRA Meeting in Sowan, South Korea, Úrsula Oswald Spring was elected as General Secretary of CLAIP and during the IPRA Conference in Sopron, Hungary re-elected by all the participants from Latin America.
